Ordering

• We prefer all orders be placed either on our website, by emailing, or by fax.
• Please include product Item Number (Catalog ID) IF you email or fax!!!

To avoid shipping and product errors:

• Orders must be in writing and should include your Customer Account number.
• Orders must include product Item number!
• Please include all necessary shipping info (Valid street address, phone number etc..) Type of shipping you  prefer and any special instructions.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or U.S.P.S.
• Products weighing 150 lbs and greater are shipped via LTL on pallets.
• We will choose the best possible shipping for your order. 
• You may specify your choice if you wish.
• Most orders are shipped in plain brown boxes, or USPS Priority Mail Boxes (if mail), also, We recycle used boxes whenever possible.

What your customer Gets:

• On all small parcel shipments, Your customer will see our Physical Address, with Your Company Name as the Ship from.
• We do not enclose ANY type of paper work (invoice/packing-slip etc..)
• You may provide your own, invoice or packing-slip which we will include in the shipment..
• Large (truck shipment) orders, and orders of Large Non-Stock items Drop-shipped from the Manufacturer, May show as coming from Discount Pond!

Shipping Time

• We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving.
• We strongly suggest you send "weekend" orders as you get them! Orders received on Monday Mornings will be shipped "After" orders received over the weekend.
• If you wish Special services, (Next-Day, 2nd Day, Three-Day etc..) you may specify so at the time of order placement,
